Executives – Do you have your head in the sand?
Were you caught flat – footed? Trials always come…how are you building and sharing brand now that in-person networking has shifted? I told businesses over a year ago to be prepared for any crisis or trial by upping their online presence, posting stories, sharing employee stories to create a bond, posting daily, curating a content calendar etc. etc. etc.
I talk about this SO much now because there are a ton of people who didn’t do well transitioning and had to scramble. Strong brand don’t have to worry about a pivot – they can do it because their foundation has been built. They don’t spend time connecting to new people, networking furiously, panicking and convincing people of their value. If you have a new product, service, or idea – you can share it much more easily if you have a strong brand and brand ambassadors with processes in place to continue to grow value and visibility.
1. Share posts. Easiest way to gain traction and co-brand.
2. ENGAGE. If you only post on social – you’re a narcissist poster.
3. Curate original content – and hashtag properly.
