1. Start with core values. This isn’t a step you can skip.
Excellence, empathy, integrity, intelligent and on and on.
2. Then – create stories THROUGH the values. You can’t simply say ‘I do all things with excellence.’ And you don’t have time to waste – stories are crucial.
3. Then – use social media. Do you work? Use LinkedIn. Don’t think you need it? You are dead wrong. It’s a must.
