You have a gift that NOBODY else has. Something to serve others, grow a company, fulfill your purpose. Your gift grows. I see glimmers of my gift as a kid, but now I see exactly what my gifting is.

Do you know what someone is feeling, wants, fears – and then put the pieces together? I am good at branding & marketing but immediately seeing the bigger picture of the brand – the team, the stories, their purpose, their gifting and building that piece by piece is my gift. My daughter Sophia often asks me why I can read her mind and the minds of her friends…I’m able to see everything they’re doing and the story of who they are is created quickly. At work, I assess a person or team, build the plan, find the gift, build the brand and share it – when someone builds a story and shares their value – or a company grows by sharing their value – I could DIE. It’s what I live for.
