This book should be required reading for every college graduate who is planning to enter the world of business. Part 5 should be required of everyone who plans on being a manager. It is an easy read, but ever so fundamental to success in business and in life. Highly, highly recommend this book to people of all ages, but particularly to those at the beginning of their career.

And yet, what I found most valuable is that her wisdom about branding applies to life in general. Be purposeful. Build a legacy. Use the gifts God has given you. Her book's writing style and layout make it easy to read, understand, and implement. Forged by Fire is an excellent, genuinely impactful gift for any business person wanting to make their way in the world. Mila is one of the strongest business leaders I know, and her personal brand reflects that beautifully. We could all learn from her example.

I met Mila Grigg years ago and worked with her to bring a part of this book's content to our company's employees in various training seminars. She had so much great insight into how one's appearance, speech, communication and online content builds success and those training seminars are still referenced ten years later. I have started reading the book and am so thankful to see her put all of that material and so much more into writing. I intend to buy this book for all our managers as its message needs to be heard.
