4. Blogging and Vlogging
5. Engaging with people (Online – this means commenting, liking, sharing posts, adding comments about things you share etc)

This can be in person, online and with those who see you throughout the day that you may have no direct contact with. Brand helps us to determine the value that others bring to the table, and enables those on your team to communicate who they are and to be the best versions of themselves. Discerning and building the personal brand of your employees is the most effective way to clarify and communicate what makes you unique and valuable. Your brand attributes should authentically guide your career and life. If you have employees – you must invest in helping them to build their brand.
