Welcome summer!
Summer is officially here and it is time to ‘summerize’ your wardrobe! You don’t have to spend thousands on new pieces just for the season…Here are a few tips to make your current wardrobe a bit more summer ready.
Throw on your favorite colorful necklace for a bit of glamour – remember, the color of the necklace doesn’t have to match what you are wearing; it can be an accent!
A great way to update a black skirt, black pair of pants or black dress is with a great pair of colorful sandals! Whether it be orange, yellow or blue; don’t be afraid to add a pop of color.
A key piece to any summer wardrobe is a pair of white pants…They look professional and appropriate with almost any color suit jacket. The best way to bring a dark suit into the season is by updating it with a colorful shirt or blouse. Throw on a pop of yellow or turquoise under a winter gray or black!
A light weight, light colored jacket can make your dark bottoms ready for summer. Don’t hesitate to wear your tan jacket with your black pants, or a light heather gray jacket with your darker gray slacks…This will lighten your outfit and your mood!
