How To Overcome Fear | VIDEO

Incredibly honored to speak at the Williamson Inc event at Sycamore Farms Events.
I was tasked to share on the topic of overcoming fear with about 200 women.

My tips included :
• Knowing your purpose.
• Using your stories to share your brand so that you gain the awareness from others.
• Being intentional about solidifying your ‘why,’ a la Simon Sinek.
• Continuously learning, sharing your brand stories to communicate your value.
• Playing offense about sharing your failures versus allowing others to assume they know what they were and always being authentic.

I shared a personal trial of mine that shaped my brand and solidified who I was – sometimes our brands are formed through intense trials and we are shaped by the fire.
