1. Develop your brand values. (This is quite a process, but worth every minute).
2. Develop a brand guide. (This includes a history, direction for the future, guidance on every single aspect of communication, sales, interaction with the community, one another and clients. It inspires, brings unity, and develops a filter for all employees).
3. Communicate values often. Videos from management, emails with stories, LinkedIn posts and engagement with employees everywhere.
Brand communication never ends. You don’t do it once, it’s a daily strategy to reach teams and reinforce values!
