How do you win? Creating an ‘emotional connection’ between you and the consumer/community/employees is one crucial strategy. You don’t have to be @disney to create a ‘feeling.’ With the world moving at a rapid pace, you must find ways to connect with every intended audience. Your strategy should include employee brand (People connect to people), building online presence with videos, FACES of people, messages from the people, the WHY behind the company/founders/employees, the legacy, history, future goals/vision, and constantly restating brand attributes and having stories that go with EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM.
